Terms and conditions for uploading Images to the St Barnabas Cathedral website

If you submit an image, you do so in accordance with the terms and conditions of our site outlined below.

In contributing to the St Barnabas Cathedral Nottingham website you agree to grant the Trustees of St Barnabas Cathedral Nottingham, their delegates and assigns, a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide.

It is important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to our site and that if your image is accepted, we will respect this fact in our use of the material.

If you do not want to grant to us the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to stbarnabasnottingham.org.uk

Further to the above by submitting your contribution to stbarnabasnottingham.org.uk, you warrant that:

• you have the right to make the material available to the us for all the purposes specified above;
• the material is not defamatory; and
• does not infringe any law; and
• indemnify us against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by us as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
• you waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on stbarnabasnottingham.org.uk and the purposes specified above.

In making the above warranty, you must ensure that you have the consent of any person (or the person’s parent or guardian where the person is a child) that you clearly identify or give information about in any image.

All material submitted to stbarnabasnottingham.org.uk is moderated by website administrators before being displayed on our website. We reserve the right to reject items that are not considered appropriate by our administrators for any reason.
